Hopement (operated from Sopore, J&K) acts as a Sub-Broker / Point of Sales Person (POSP) in association with Turtlemint Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. We are an authorized channel partner providing insurance consultancy and lead generation services.

• Role: We facilitate the insurance process by identifying customer needs and providing expert guidance.

• Final Authority: All insurance policies are issued, underwritten, and managed by the respective Insurance Companies (Insurers) through the Turtlemint platform.

2. No Online Policy Issuance

Please note that Hopement does not issue “Instant Online Policies” directly through our website.

• We operate on a Lead-Based Model. Once you submit your details or use our tools, our expert team will contact you.

• The final policy issuance happens Offline or via a secure manual process after verifying all physical/digital documents as per the Insurance Provider’s requirements.

3. Insurance Premium Calculator Disclaimer

The Hopement Insurance Estimate Calculator is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

• Not a Final Quote: The figures shown are approximate estimates based on general data.

• Variable Factors: The actual premium is determined solely by the Insurance Company based on the final inspection, NCB (No Claim Bonus) verification, and detailed risk assessment.

• Hopement is not liable for any difference between the website estimate and the final premium quoted by the insurer.

4. Vehicle & RTO Services

In addition to insurance, Hopement provides professional assistance for vehicle-related documentation.

• Services Include: Online Challan payment assistance, Ownership Transfer (RC Transfer), and RC-related information retrieval.

• Service Fee: We charge a professional service fee for coordinating with RTOs and managing the paperwork.

• Compliance: We do not issue government documents; we act as a facilitator to ensure your applications are submitted correctly to the relevant authorities (Vahan/RTO).
